Notice of Public Meeting

Not all Planning applications require a Public Meeting under the Planning Act. Only Draft Plan of Subdivision, Vacant Land Condominium, Official Plan Amendment, and Zoning By-law Amendment applications require a Public Meeting. The following is a list of the most current applications in EG that require a Public Meeting.

Notice of Complete Application

The Town is required by the Planning Act to notify when an application has been received and is “complete”. IMPORTANT: a complete application does not mean Planning staff has an opinion on the application. It also does not mean that staff are satisfied with the contents and information in the submission. It only means that the Town has received all the required documentation to start the review process.
