The Community Design Plan is in place to understand the location, size and character of residential, institutional, commercial and employment sites including the mix of lot sizes and unit types per block. The subject lands encompass a third of the Green Lane Corridor area. The Green Lane Secondary Plan was enacted through OPA 4-2018 in October 2018 and is commonly referred to as the Green Lane Corridor. The subject lands comprise eight (8) parcels with approximately 117.72 hectares in total. The development will include the current land holdings by Yonge Green Lane GP Inc Trustee, Sundial Homes (Green Lane) Limited, Northmarket Holding Inc., and Beechway Developments Inc.
