Applicant Name: 18642 Leslie Street GP Ltd. 

This Zoning Bylaw Amendment application seeks to add site specific provisions to the existing “Mixed Use 1 (MU1(H4))” zone for the development of eighteen (18) duplexes (2-unit buildings) that are three-storeys in height each and a triplex (3-unit building) that is three-storeys in height, which is intended to accommodate two residential units and one live/work unit. The Applicant is also proposing to retain an existing heritage dwelling on the property which is one and half storeys in height, and is proposed to be converted to a live/work unit. A total of 40 units is proposed for the subject property. An associated Official Plan Amendment application has also been submitted to the Town to accommodate the built form described above, which is being reviewed concurrently with this Zoning By-law Amendment application.

This Official Plan Amendment application seeks to add site specific provisions to the existing “Village Core” designation for the development of eighteen (18) duplexes, one (1) triplex, and to retain the existing heritage dwelling on the property.
