There is a pre-consultation fee of $750.00 payable to the Lake Simcoe Conservation Authority (LSRCA) for the pre-consultation meeting. The Town does not collect any fees for meeting. The LSRCA fee is not refundable. You must pay the pre-consultation fee prior to the pre-consultation meeting. The LSRCA accepts the follow method of payment:
