Public Meeting

A virtual public meeting was held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 to discuss the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA.22.01) for the Woodbine Avenue development.

The purpose of this Zoning By-law Amendment is to amend the subject lands (Phase 2) from Rural (RU) to Employment Prestige (M1) and to permit a storm water management facility and pumping station to facilitate the future development on Phase 1 and 2 lands.
