This Site Plan application involves converting a portion of the existing single detached dwelling into a bed and breakfast. The applicant has also submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to convert an existing accessory building into a “vacation cabin” which will function as an accessory use to the bed and breakfast. The zoning amendment application will also seek to bring all the existing accessory buildings on the subject property into conformity with the Zoning By-law.

The Zoning By-law Amendment application has been defeated. The Site Plan application has been approved and the agreement executed.
