Road Closure - Yonge Street from Holland Landing Road to Mount Albert Road

York Region is rehabilitating Canal Bridge on Yonge Street between Holland Landing Road and Mount
Albert Road.

• The bridge allows water to pass freely under the road
• A road closure is required to complete this work

Duration:

• March 31, 2025 to April 26, 2025

Impacts to Travellers:

• Work will occur Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Road closure

• Yonge Street, from Holland Landing Road to Mount Albert Road, will be closed from 7 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025 to facilitate the bridge rehabilitation

• Traffic will not be able to travel through the work zone during the road closure
• Local traffic is permitted; however, those with properties to the south of the bridge can only access Yonge Street from Holland Landing Road and those to the north, only from Mount Albert Road

As with all construction projects, work may be rescheduled due to weather. York Region will provide advance notice where possible.
