Canada Day at the Market

This year for Canada Day, the Town of East Gwillimbury will be planning a “walk through” Canada Day event in partnership with the Market on July 1st. Market vendors will incorporate a Canadian theme into their booth.

The Town and Market have worked within the current provincial recommendations to ensure a safe environment.

What to expect:

  • Attendees will have the opportunity to shop local at the Farmers’ Market. Vendors will have Canada Day themed items available throughout the Market.
  • Canada Day swag bags will be distributed to the first 300 attendees!
  • There will be a number of activities throughout the market including take home crafts, which will be distributed while supplies last, a photo station, and additional activities!
  • A sweet treat will be handed out at the end of the market while supplies last.
  • Entertainment will be provided, where possible including stilt walkers!
