E-billing Update - 2026 Interim Property Tax
Due to a technical issue, the initial 2026 interim property tax bills sent by e-billing may be difficult to read. To ensure all residents can clearly view their bill, printed copies will be mailed to residents enrolled in e-billing.
We are working with our software provider to correct the issue. Once resolved, revised e-bills will also be sent to residents enrolled in e-billing. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Parking Reminders
EG’s Parking By-law is easy - when it is snowing, please do not park on roadways, as our plows need access to the streets to keep them safe and clear. This includes unassumed roads. Parking Consideration Forms are not valid when it is snowing. If you are parked on Town roadways during snow clearing operations, you may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense. Learn more at eastgwillimbury.ca/Parking.
Salt Smarter and Protect Our Waterways
Using salt on our roads, driveways and walkways keeps us safe in icy conditions; however, using too much can harm our environment. Once salt reaches lakes, rivers, or groundwater, it never disappears and can pollute drinking water, damage infrastructure, and threaten fish and plant life. Follow these tips to protect our watershed:
