Pricing and Active EG Fitness Passes

Single visits and Active EG Fitness Passes can be purchased at the front desk of the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex (cash, credit or debit is accepted). If you are participating in a class at a different facility, you may purchase your pass or single visit from the fitness instructor (cash only).

Drop-in: One visit

  • Participants: $10
  • East Gwillimbury Seniors Club Member:* $8

Active EG Fitness Pass : Eight visits

  • Participants: $64
  • East Gwillimbury Seniors Club Member:* $40

*If you are a member of an East Gwillimbury Seniors club, you must show proof of membership at time of purchase in order to receive the member rate. 

These programs run on a first come first serve basis. No registration required.

 Functional Fitness
Join us for an hour of exercise includes a warm-up, cardio, balance exercises, strength training using weights and resistance bands (provided) and ends with a cool down. This class is a great way to tone and stretch your muscles, increase your energy and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our excellent instructor, offers modifications to increase/decrease intensity as well as to help those with arthritis or injury
 Move Your Body
Join our instructor for a fun, dynamic workout geared to your fitness level and ability. This program incorporates resistance bands, kettlebells and hand-held weights for a low-impact muscle-conditioning workout designed to help improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. As we improve, you’ll try new exercises and build on your progress.
 Zumba GOLD

The Zumba Gold class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. It will incorporate moves you love at a lower-intensity. 

 Line Dancing
 Our instructor will walk you through the steps of traditional and country line dancing. Great fun and Fitness too! All levels welcome. 
 Yoga - Yin
Yin is a slower-paced, meditative style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time than in other traditional styles. Our instructor will guide you through various sequences designed to target the body’s connective tissues such as tendons, fasciae and ligaments in order to increase circulation in joints and improve flexibility. Breathing techniques incorporated in this program will help to lower levels of stress and anxiety, leaving you with a sense of calm.
 Yoga - Hatha
An introduction to Hatha Yoga designed for students who are new or returning to yoga. You will be guided by our instructor to gently explore basic postures and simple breathing techniques, followed by guided relaxation. Yoga improves your tone, helps strengthen and balance the body, and is ideal for counteracting the stresses of daily life.

 Yoga - Flow
Designed for participants of all levels of experience, this program focuses on smooth transitions from one pose to the next. Our instructor will guide you through a variety of sequences where each movement is synchronized with your breathing to create a sense of flow. Yoga Flow is ideal for helping to build muscle strength and endurance, while improving balance and overall cardiovascular fitness.
