Fitness Program      Description

Aqua Stride

Enjoy a shallow water walk in the shallow end of the lap pool. This class will focus on various walking patterns to help balance, posture and mobility of joints.

  • Leisure Pool, 20 participants maximum. 
Aqua Littles

Under the instructor’s supervision, babies will enjoy interactive water play while caregivers take part in muscle conditioning exercises that use both the water and their baby for resistance. Babies are comfortably placed in provided floating seats, helping them become familiar with the water and socialize with other little ones. Please ensure your baby has developed neck support before joining.

  • Leisure Pool, 20 participants maximum. 
Aqua Recovery  

Experience the benefits of warm water therapy in this soothing Aquafit class held in the Therapy Pool. Warm Water Wellness features gentle exercises focused on enhancing range of motion, joint relief, and flexibility in a calming environment. Perfect for those with joint sensitivities or anyone seeking a low-impact workout, this class provides an ideal way to improve mobility and promote relaxation.

Aqua Power

High-intensity aquatic fitness class designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. This class blends powerful movements, fast-paced intervals, and dynamic resistance training to deliver a full-body burn—all with the joint-friendly benefits of the water.

  • Lap Pool, 60 participants maximum.
AquaFit Deep

Enjoy this low-impact class that will be taught solely in the deep end of the lap pool. Participants can expect a fun fast paced class where they are suspended in the water for the duration of the class. Note: Participants are required to be wearing a belt for the entirety of the class.

Aqua Zumba

The ultimate dance party in the pool! This high-energy, low-impact water fitness class combines fun choreography of Zumba with the resistance and support of the water. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to shake up your workout routine, Aqua Zumba offers a refreshing twist on traditional cardio that’s easy on the joints and big on results.

  • Lap Pool, 30 participants maximum during the day or 60 participants at night.

Aqua Move and Mingle      

Full-body workout held in the shallow end of the lap pool. This low-impact class uses the natural resistance of water to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and balance, all while minimizing stress on the joints.

Designed for all fitness levels, this class incorporates a variety of movements—walking, jogging, kicks, and strength exercises—set to upbeat music to keep you motivated and moving.

Aqua Leisure

Get moving at your own pace with our Independent Aquafit session! This self-guided class is perfect for participants who enjoy the benefits of water-based exercise but prefer the freedom to follow their own routine.

While there’s no instructor leading the class, you’ll have access to equipment for the duration of the class.

StrollerFit

A fun, full-body workout for parents and caregivers with babies in a stroller, carrier, or on a blanket. Includes a warm-up walk/jog, stroller-based strength moves, weight circuits, interval training, core work, and a cooldown. All fitness levels welcome!

Move Your Body 

       

Join our instructor for a fun, dynamic workout geared to your fitness level and ability. This program incorporates resistance bands, kettlebells and hand-held weights for a low-impact muscle-conditioning workout designed to help improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. As we improve, you’ll try new exercises and build on your progress.

Yoga and Beyond

Peace, joy, laughter, and good health. This class will provide opportunities for all. Not just during the class, but in ways that can be applied to every moment of every day. This class combines traditional meditative, spiritual Yoga with the more common physical practice found in most yoga studios. There will be a focus on the physical strength and flexibility improvements attainable through the Asana practice as well as the stress reduction and emotional enlightenment that comes with sharing yoga philosophy and traditional yoga practices.

Line Dancing

 

Our instructor will walk you through the steps of traditional and country line dancing. Great fun and Fitness too! All levels welcome.

                              Zumba                        

 

Get moving with this dance-based cardio workout! Zumba combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves to create a fun, high-energy fitness experience. No dance experience needed, this class is a fun way to boost cardio, coordination and mood in a lively group setting.

Baby and Me Fitness 

 

This gentle yet energizing fitness class is designed for parents or caregivers and their babies. Rebuild strength, improve posture, and boost energy while bonding with your little one. Workouts include a mix of light cardio, core strengthening, and functional movement, with baby-friendly modifications throughout. Please bring a mat.

FusionFit

Challenge yourself to use your own body weight with a variety of movements to increase & improve cardio, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Various styles of movement include core on the floor, bootcamp, dance, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and more! Yoga mat and running shoes required.

Stretch and Strong

Boost your strength, flexibility, and overall muscle tone in this energizing full-body workout. Using resistance bands, light weights, and some mat-based exercises, this class combines strength-building movements and flexibility training to help improve posture, balance, and mobility. Tabata
