2023 Event Passport

Join us at Town events this summer for your chance to win an EG Prize Pack!
Event Passports will be available for pick up at all Town run events, and at the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex. 

Get one entry into our EG prize pack draw for each EG event you attend. The more events you attend, the more chances!

 Visit the Town booth during each event to get your passport stamped. Passports must be submitted to the East Gwillimbury sports complex by September 8 to be entered.

Easter Bunny Hike - April 8, 2023

Join the Easter Bunny Hike on April 8, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Ross Family Complex! (19300 Centre Street, Mount Albert)

Enjoy a variety of activities to help you hop into the spring season. Attendees will be provided with an activity guide to help lead the way. Keep an eye out for the Easter Bunny and bring an Easter Bag to put your treats in!

Farmers Market - May 18 to September 28, 2023

Vendor at the East Gwillimbury Farmers MarketCome and join the Town of East Gwillimbury's (EG) weekly Farmers Market and enjoy local vegetables, artisan vendors, meat, cheese, baked goods, honey, soaps, and much more while supporting our local businesses.

You can visit the EG Farmers Market every Thursday from May 18 to September 28, 2023 and runs from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The EG Farmers Market will have weekly entertainment, live music, kids activities and events, a variety of vendors, exclusive offers and more! See our themed Market dates below and save the dates!

Music Nights in EG - July 4, 11, 18, 25, 2023

Get ready to sing and dance along at the Town of East Gwillimbury's Music Nights!

Music Nights in EG will take place on Tuesday July 4, 11, 18 and 25 at the East Gwillimbury Civic Centre at 19000 Leslie Street, Sharon. The events take place from 7 to 9 p.m. Come at 6:30 p.m. to pick up some dinner ($) from our vendors!

Tapestry of Taste - August 11 and 12, 2023

Tapestry of Taste Event Ad East Gwillimbury’s Tapestry of Taste (TOT) is back for 2023! #TOT2023 is the ultimate event that connects the community through arts, culture, food and heritage.

#TOT2023 takes place Friday, August 11 from 5 to 10 p.m., and Saturday, August 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 19000 Leslie Street, Sharon.

Santa Claus Parade, Christmas Market and Tree Lighting - November 19, 2023

Santa Claus Parade
Santa Claus is coming to town! Join us on November 19 at 2 p.m. for the EG Santa Claus Parade. The parade begins at the Mount Albert Road and Leslie Street (19000 Leslie Street in front of the Civic Centre) and ends at the Sports Complex (1914b Mount Albert Road).
