The Official Plan Amendment application proposes to redesignate the subject lands in order to facilitate a future residential development with a total of 1,064 dwelling units. This development proposes 3 eight-storey mid-rise apartment buildings with a total of 322 units, 708 townhouse units (620 back-to-back, stacked townhouses and 88 lane-based townhouses), 34 lane based semi-detached dwellings, a new internal road network, a public park block, and a stormwater management pond.
