East Gwillimbury (EG) is proud to celebrate Pride Month and National Indigenous History Month (NIHM) this June with a series of vibrant and inclusive events that honour diversity, support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and Indigenous Peoples, and promote inclusion and equity for all.

Pride Flag Raising – June 5, 2025, at 1 p.m.

Notice of Construction - Warden Avenue from north of Davis Drive to south of Ravenshoe Road

Construction will take place on Warden Avenue from north of Davis Drive to south of Ravenshoe Road in the Town of East Gwillimbury.

Description:

  • Initial work will consist of concrete repairs and adjustments to maintenance holes and catch basins
  • When this initial work is complete, a road preservation treatment, called microsurfacing, will be applied
  • Microsurfacing is a common and cost-effective way to maintain roads with minor defects and extend the life of the road

Duration:

Late spring to summer
