The Town of East Gwillimbury Fire Chief Rob McKenzie has announced he will be retiring from East Gwillimbury Fire and Emergency Services, effective December 31, 2023.
Chief McKenzie joined East Gwillimbury as Fire Chief in 2019. Bradford Street will be closed from Holland Landing Road to Toll Road on Thursday, November 16, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to complete watermain repairs in Holland Landing. Additional information regarding this work is available on the Water and Sewer Services page. Detour routes and signs will be in place. As with all road construction projects, work may be rescheduled due to weather. York Region will provide advance notice whenever possible.
