Burn Ban in Effect
EG Fire and Emergency Service has issued an open-air burn ban, effective immediately due to the air quality and unseasonably warm and dry conditions. We will continue to monitor the air quality and weather conditions and will lift the ban only when it is safe to do so. All active permits are now suspended until further notice. This includes all open-air burning, burn barrels, and outdoor wood-burning appliances (chiminea). Residents may still use electric or propane BBQs or other approved cooking appliances with caution. Learn more on our website.

Active EG Memberships
Various memberships are available for use at all East Gwillimbury recreation facilities and at the brand-new Health and Active Living Plaza when it opens! Learn more at eastgwillimbury.ca/Memberships.
