Questions and Answers 

Where can Memberships be purchased?
At the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex, Health and Active Living Plaza, Civic Centre, online or over the phone at 905-478-3826. To receive a physical membership card, please visit Customer Service at the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex or Health and Active Living Plaza.
Can I still use my paper Active EG Pass?
Yes, there is no expiry date on the paper passes and we will continue to accept them but not sell them as of June 2, 2025.
Can I share my Active EG Punch Pass or Membership with someone else?
 No, memberships are for individual use.
What if lose my card?
There is a $5 replacement fee for lost cards which can be reissued at the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex or Health and Active Living Plaza.
Can my Membership be used towards the fitness equipment at the Health and Active Living Plaza?
You will need to purchase a separate membership. Please click here to access the Matrix of Motion website for more information. 
What does my membership give me access to?

With monthly and yearly memberships, you have unlimited access to: 
Does my membership include swimming lessons and registered programs?
 No, registered programs are not included.
 Do I need a Membership or Punch Pass to attend drop-in programs?
No, single visits for drop-in programs are available. Fees vary. Learn more on our Drop-In Programs page.
 Can use the track with my membership?
Yes, however only ages 15+ may use the track independently. Ages 10 to 14 are welcome but require parent/guardian supervision, and children ages 10 and under are not permitted on the track unless in a stroller.
Is proof of school validation required to purchase a student membership?
Yes, student memberships must be purchased with valid school identification. This can be in the form of a student photo identification or an email confirming enrolment from the institution.
