Notice of Bridge Work and Extended Road Closure

Effective Wednesday December 7, 2022

Due to safety concerns, the bridge on the York/Durham line, located approximately 550 metres north of Zephyr Road and crossing Mount Albert Creek, will be closed until bridge repairs are completed. The road will be closed north of Durham Road 39 in the Township of Uxbridge to south of Ravenshoe Road in the Town of East Gwillimbury.  Road Closure Notice

Yonge Street (YR51) will be closed from Old Yonge Street to Holland Landing Road/Old Yonge Street from 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2022.

Impacts to Travellers:

• Local traffic will be permitted to access the Holland Landing Airpark travelling north along Yonge Street from Old Yonge Street

Temporary Road Closure - Yonge St. between Old Yonge St. to Holland Landing Rd. and Old Yonge St

Yonge Street (YR51) will be closed from Old Yonge Street to Holland Landing Road/Old Yonge Street on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Impacts to Travellers:

• Detour route and signs will be in place

• Local traffic will be permitted to access the Holland Landing Airpark travelling north along Yonge Street from Old Yonge Street

Yonge Street will be closed from Old Yonge Street to Holland Landing Road/Old Yonge Street on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to complete retaining wall construction.

• Detour route and signs will be in place

• Local traffic will be permitted to access the Holland Landing Airpark travelling north along Yonge Street from Old Yonge Street
