Labour Day Closure
The Civic Centre will be closed on Monday, September 4 for the Labour Day holiday. It will reopen on Tuesday, September 5. If you have an emergency with regards to water, sewers, or roads, please call 905-478-4282 and press option 3.

2023 Property Taxes Due
Final 2023 property tax bills are due on August 31 and October 31. Payments can be made at your bank, using online/phone banking, through a pre-authorized payment plan or through our online portal. Learn more at www.eastgwillimbury.ca/PropertyTax

Back to School Safety
As students head back to school, here are some safety tips for motorists:

  • Follow speed limits and road signage.
  • Keeps your eyes on the road.
  • Watch for children and crossing guards at all crosswalks.
  • Always stop for school buses with flashing lights and never proceed past the red STOP sign from either direction.

Visit the Fire Prevention Open House
We’re hosting a Fire Prevention Open House on September 23, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Queensville Station (1590 Queensville Sideroad). Join our Emergency and Community Safety Services crew for a free BBQ, truck tours, fire safety education, bouncy castle, door prizes and a live burn demonstration.
