2026 Bus Trips Coming Soon!

Stay tuned as we release our upcoming bus trips for the 2026 season. Information about these trips will be displayed here as well as in our Health and Active Living Guide, which you can find here.

Registration Information

 Refunds
  • 7 days or more, refund issued minus the $20 admin fee
  • 6 days or less, no refund
  • If a refund is requested due to medical reasons, the request must happen within 3 to 5 days of the trip, with a note sent to leisure1@eastgwillimbury.ca . This refund will then be left on your account as a credit for future registrations.
 Transfers
  • If a participant wishes to transfer funds from one bus trip to another or use funds for a different Town program, they must inquire within 3-5 days of bus trip originally registered for. If inquiry comes outside of this time frame, transfer request will not be accepted and refund policy will be applied.
  • A waitlist may be implemented for each trip, therefore, transfers can not be made to family or friends who are not already on the waitlist. 
 Waitlists
If registration for the bus trip is full, your name will be added to the waiting list. Once contacted regarding an open spot, the offered spot is only held for 24 hours before being offered to the next person on the waiting list.
