Check Your Smoke Alarms On November 5, the clocks go backwards one hour as daylight savings time ends. This means that it’s time to change the batteries in your smoke and co alarms. Servicing Allocation Policy
Council is seeking public feedback on the proposed Servicing Allocation Policy.  The Town currently has the equivalent of approximately 1062 single detached homes (referred to as single detached equivalents or SDE) worth of allocation currently in the Municipal Allocation Reserve. The proposed policy recommends allocation this allocation as follows:

This allocation is the Town’s current capacity based on current sewage allocation. However, Provincial and Regional efforts are underway to plan for and deliver an expansion to the York Durham Sewage System (YDSS) that will ultimately provide full municipal servicing for EG residents and businesses.

Share Your Thoughts!
Council would like to hear from you! Complete this brief survey www.eastgwillimbury.ca/AllocationSurvey by November 12, 2023.
