Green Light Campaign
What does a flashing green light mean? A flashing green light on a regular vehicle means that one of our Paid On-Call firefighters is responding to an emergency. Our firefighters travel from their homes to the fire station when there is an emergency. These Paid On-Call firefighters rely on a flashing green light to tell other motorists to pull over. To help our Paid On-Call firefighters get through traffic, slow down and pull over to let them by. This will help to ensure a quick response and could help save lives! Learn more at eastgwillimbury.ca/FES.
