Notice of Study Commencement
The Town of East Gwillimbury has initiated a Heritage Conservation District (HCD) Study under Section 41, Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act for the historic community of Sharon. 36 properties in the HCD Study Area are listed on EG’s Municipal Heritage Register under Section 27, Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act. Civic Centre access during Leslie Street and Mount Albert Road Construction
Planning a visit to the EG Civic Centre? Throughout construction, visitors can use the temporary entrance off Beechborough Crescent to access the facility parking lot and use the back doors to enter the building. Pedestrian access is also available to the front of the Civic Centre, please park at the Annex located on the east side of Leslie Street, or the Temperance Hall, located on the south side of the Civic Centre.
