Modernization of Programs and Services – 
Staff provided an overview of the ongoing modernization efforts at the town. These projects focus on improving services in the most cost-effective manner possible for residents. One of the major developments over the last year is the introduction of online payments for a variety of programs and services. Civic Centre Parking Lot Closure
As part of the development project on Woodbine Avenue (Loblaw distribution centre), construction activity to install a sanitary sewermain will close sections of the EG Civic Centre parking lot. Find Your 2022 Tax Information Online
View your 2022 tax account balances and summaries through our online portal. Residents can also access Town bills online, receive e-bills, and pay their bills via the our online portal. Learn more at www.eastgwillimbury.ca/onlineportal

Retaining Wall Road Work Paused
Construction of a retaining wall on Yonge Street, Holland Landing Road and Bathurst Street has been paused for the winter due to operational challenges.

Work is expected to resume this May. This project is anticipated to be completed late this summer. For more information, visit www.York.ca

Digital Skills for Business is a free, educational workshop series that focuses on building your business’s online presence. Topics include social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, Google Ads, Facebook Meta and Google Analytics.

Want to put your digital skills to work for your business? Just drop-in. Participants will have the opportunity to attend four practical drop-in sessions in Georgina and East Gwillimbury, as well as an “Ask Me Anything” session with a marketing expert.

Individuals who attend at least six of the eight workshops are eligible for an Innovation York Certificate of Completion from York University.
