The Town of East Gwillimbury's annual Toy and Food Drive hopes to make the holiday season a little brighter for families and charities in our community. Donations of non-perishable food items, gift cards, new unwrapped toys toiletries and more are being accepted from Monday, November 20 to Friday, December 15.
Each year the Town along with the help of community members, schools and businesses collect donations to support local charities and families in EG and York Region. Some of those charities include: Sandgate Women’s Shelter, Loft Street Outreach, Blue Door Shelter, Rose of Sharon, Salvation Army, Yellow Brick House, Women’s Centre, Mount Albert and Holland Landing Food Pantries and the St. James Food Closet.
