Lettuce rejoice! The East Gwillimbury Artisan and Farmers Market (EGAFM) is back and fresher than ever for its 15th season. Open every Thursday, enjoy fabulous artisan gifts, farm-fresh foods, and fun entertainment.

Save the date for the market opening on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex (1914B Mount Albert Road). Residents are encouraged to celebrate this major milestone featuring Touch-a-Truck, music, delicious foods, and amazing vendors. The first 50 attendees will receive a EGAFM bag!

The EGAFM runs every Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. until September 11, 2025, and is the perfect after-school, post-work, mid-week pick-me-up. Help beat those cravings with crisp veggies, artisan treats, handmade goodies or a friendly stroll through the market.

This year marks 15 years of supporting local growers, bakers, and makers—and that deserves a standing ovation. To celebrate, the EGAFM has cooked up a season full of delicious surprises, family-friendly activities, and themed events.

Why shop local? Because tomatoes shouldn’t need a passport! Supporting local means fresher food, meeting your community, and supporting Canadian small business owners. “EG loves local” also means meeting the smiling faces behind every business and purchase. So, bring some tote bags and an appetite!
