The Town of East Gwillimbury has received and deemed the following development application(s) complete:

  • Zoning By-law Amendment application at 18818 & 18948 Woodbine Avenue to rezone the lands from Rural (RU) to Employment Prestige (M1) per the 404 Employment Corridor Secondary Plan to permit an advanced logistics and distribution centre, stormwater facility and pumping station.
  • In conjunction with the Zoning By-law Amendment Application, a wastewater servicing evaluation is being completed to develop a preferred wastewater servicing solution for the lands. The wastewater servicing evaluation is being conducted following the requirements of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process.
