Background, purpose, and effect

As a Town-initiated update applying to all lands in East Gwillimbury, the proposed updated Official Plan provides the planning and policy framework to guide the growth of the Town to 2051. The meeting provides the public with an opportunity to hear and discuss information on the proposed updated Official Plan and provide feedback on the content. Any person may attend the Public Meeting and make oral and/or written submissions in support or opposition to the proposed updated Official Plan.
