Notice of Traffic Shift - Highway 11

Traffic on Highway 11, between Morning Sideroad and Bathurst Street, is shifting to the east side of the road.

Description:

• York Region continues to improve Highway 11 between Morning Sideroad and Bathurst Street in the Town of East Gwillimbury and Township of King
• Traffic is shifting to the east side of the road to accommodate road reconstruction on the west side
• Lane restrictions are necessary to accommodate construction and provide safe conditions for crews and travellers

Impacts to travellers and residents:

• Lanes continue to be reduced to one in each direction at all times
• Access will be maintained for all driveways/entrances
• Oversized vehicles are required to detour onto Bathurst Street due to narrow lanes
• Night work will take place throughout the project
