Take Notice that the Council of the Town of East Gwillimbury will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday May 21, 2025.

Purpose and Effect of proposed Zoning By-law:

  • The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application is a Town initiated technical amendment to add a holding (H1) provision to the subject lands to ensure that development of the lots cannot proceed until servicing allocation is available and assigned to this development by Council.
