The Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18 as amended, provides that an owner of property designated under the Ontario Heritage Act may apply to Municipal Council to repeal the by-law or part thereof designating the property.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of East Gwillimbury has passed a by-law (2025-040) to repeal by-law 2015-003 designating 574 Green Lane East, Part of Lot 101, Concession 1, EYS, Part 1 RP 65R-34651.

Any person who objects to the decision may appeal to the Tribunal by giving the Tribunal and the clerk of the municipality, within 30 days after the date of publication under this subparagraph, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the decision and the reasons in support of the objection, accompanied by the fee charged by the Tribunal.
