Whether you're visiting friends, hosting guests, or parking near your home, understanding the rules can help you avoid a ticket and support safer neighbourhood streets. Learn more or apply for an on-street overnight parking permit at eastgwillimbury.ca/Parking.

Shaping the Future of Trails and Active Transportation in EG

Notice of Construction: Mount Albert Rd.
York Region will be resurfacing Mount Albert Rd. from 2nd Conc. to Leslie St. and replacing culverts beneath driveways to improve drainage this June and July. The road will remain open to traffic with temporary lane closures Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Testing confirmed traces of asbestos in the existing asphalt, which was commonly used in road materials during the 1970s and 1980s. Although the risk of exposure is low, the Region’s contractor will follow precautionary safety measures during removal. Residents will be notified in advance before culvert replacement work begins.
