Commercial Bulk Water Station  

East Gwillimbury operates a self-serve bulk water filling station for commercial customers who require large volumes of water. Using your prepaid account, you can conveniently access and dispense water on demand.

Set Up a New Account

New Customers

  1. Visit the Town’s Customer Service desk located at the Civic Centre (19000 Leslie Street) to set up your account in person, or 
  2. Complete the Bulk Water Application & Payment Form online (note a 2.25% processing fee applies). 
  3. Please allow for up to two business days for processing. 
  4. Once registered, Customer Service will email your 6-digit ID and 4-digit PIN once your account is active.

Add Funds to Your Account 

Existing Customers 

  • To add funds to your account: 
    • Online - Complete the Bulk Water form. The credit card company charges a 2.25 processing fee.
    • In-person - Visit Customer Service located at the Civic Centre (19000 Leslie Street), Sports Complex (1914B Mount Albert Road), or Health and Active Living Plaza (160 Jim Mortson Drive), or call 905-478-4282.
  • Accepted payment methods: 
    • In person: Cash, debit, or credit card 
    • By phone or online: Credit card (subject to a 2.25% processing fee) 
  • To access the fill station, use your existing ID and PIN. 

Access and Connection Details
  • The fill station is designed for commercial trucks and water haulers. 
  • Located at the end of the cul-de-sac at 67 Bales Drive East, with room to turn and park while filling. 
  • Connection type: 3″ female camlock fitting. 
  • Users must bring their own compatible male camlock adapter and hose. 
  • Ensure your hose length allows for safe connection and clearance. 
  • Please do not block the roadway or nearby driveway entrances while filling. 

How to use the bulk fill station?
  1. Connect your hose using the 3″ camlock fitting (bring adapter if required). 
  2. Enter your 6-digit ID followed by your 4-digit Access PIN. 
  3. Specify the volume of water and press Start to begin dispensing. 
  4. The water will stop on demand when the specified volume is dispensed.
  5. In case of emergency, press the Red Emergency Stop button. 
  6. When finished filling, please close the panel door. 

Pricing 
  • Cost: $3.36 per m³ (1,000 litres) (updated annually in accordance with the fees and charges by-law)
  • Service fee: A 2.25% processing fee applies to online payments 
  • Taxes: HST not applicable 

Rules and Safety 

Use only for commercial / non-domestic purposes. 

• Do not share your account and PIN   

• Do not leave truck unattended while filling. 

• Secure your vehicle. 

• Be aware of clearance and setup space. 

• Know the location of the Emergency Stop.
