East Gwillimbury (EG) requires residents to open and close water and sewer accounts to ensure accurate billing.

A one-time name change fee is added to every new account when there is a change of ownership or tenancy on a property. This fee covers the administration effort to costs to close and open a new water account.

If you are moving in or out of EG or have a tenant moving in or out, remember to open and close your water accounts to ensure that you are billed accordingly. All forms are to be completed by the registered property owner.
