Tailored for participants aged 55 and older who prefer a more relaxed swim in the Lap Pool. With 4-8 lanes available, choose from leisure, slow, medium, and fast lanes as designated by lifeguards, who ensure proper lane assignments, manage circle swimming, and promote lane swim etiquette. Please Note: certain lanes may vary in availability depending on the number of lanes open and the speed of swimmers attending.

Relax and Splash

Enjoy a relaxing and fun experience in the Leisure Pool. With a warm temperature, shallow depth, water features, and bubbles, it’s perfect for recreational swimming, socializing, and play. Small toys are permitted.

Lunch Time Swim and Stretch

Please Note: certain lanes may vary in availability depending on the number of lanes open and the speed of swimmers attending. Leisure pool is open for light walking and stretching. No toys, water features or splashing permitted.

Adapted or Low Sensory Swim

A low-sensory environment in all pools, including the Lap Pool, Leisure Pool, and Therapy Pool, featuring reduced noise and minimized water features for a more calming experience. Suitable for all ages, this swim provides a peaceful option for those seeking a quieter or low-stimulation environment. Admission Guidelines apply. Please Note: Swimmers are required to respect the Low Sensory environment at all times.

| Public Swim |
Open to all ages and swimmer types. Access the Lap Pool with deep and shallow areas, plus a 1m diving board for those aged 10+ who complete the swim test. The Leisure Pool features a shallow depth, water spray features, and a basketball net. The Therapy Pool is available. Admission Guidelines apply.

| New to the Pool |
This special swim time is designed for individuals and families who would like to become more familiar with our pools and services. All three pools will be open, and toys and water features will be available upon request for added fun

| Women's Only Swim |
Reserved exclusively for women of all ages. Blinds will be drawn for added privacy and only women lifeguards will be on deck. Enjoy access to all pools with features available in each meet diverse swimming preferences. Admission Guidelines apply.

| Leisure Swim |
Saturdays:
Leisure swims will take place in one or both pools, depending on birthday party bookings. Please check with staff upon arrival for the available pool areas.
Sundays:
Leisure swim will always run in the Learning/Leisure Pool.
