Clay Makers
Clay Makers is an immersive sculpture program dedicated to the art of clay design, where students transform raw ideas into intricate models and expressive figures. This course focuses entirely on the tactile process of building and modeling, utilizing a versatile palette of mediums including the sturdy, professional-grade DAS clay, the detail-oriented and colorful possibilities of polymer clay, and the accessible, lightweight properties of air-dry clay. By exploring the unique characteristics of each material, participants will master essential hand-building and sculpting techniques, moving seamlessly from conceptual sketches to finished three-dimensional masterpieces.
