A Zoning By-law Amendment application has been submitted to remove the Holding (H1) symbol from the Phase 3 lands. Removing the Holding symbol will allow this phase of the Winged Foot residential development to move forward to registration and construction now that the required municipal servicing requirements have been met.

The subject lands are located at the intersection of Silk Twist Drive and Brightwork Way, east of Yonge Street and south of Doane Road, in the community of Holland Landing.
