The Zoning By-law Amendment application and Site Plan applications have been submitted in order to accommodate a future Elementary School & Child Care Centre. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the subject lands from Residential Two (R2-4)(52)(H1), Residential Two (R2-4)(53)(H1) and Residential Four (R4)(68)(H1) to Institutional One (I1), in order to permit the use of ‘Public School’ and 'Child Care Centre’ at the subject property.
A public meeting was held on October 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers (19000 Leslie Street).
