The proposed development is a revision to Phase 2 of an existing approved draft plan of subdivision (19T-08004) to allow for the development of 16 townhouse dwelling units accessed by a private lane. The subject lands consist of five vacant lots with a total area of approximately 0.29 hectares, located at the southwest corner of Kiteley Crescent and Murrell Boulevard in the community of Sharon. The applications include a Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the lands from Residential Two (R2-3) to a site-specific Residential Four (R4) zone, and a Site Plan application for the proposed development.

A public meeting was held on June 23, 2026 at 6 p.m. The meeting took place in Council Chambers at 19000 Leslie Street as a part of the regular Council meeting. The meeting was livestream and recorded on the Town's YouTube channel.
