This Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes to permit the use of ‘Private Club’ within the existing single-detached dwelling located on the subject property. The applicant is proposing to convert the existing single-detached dwelling into a Masonic Temple. The primary use of the Masonic Temple is to accommodate monthly meetings for the Temple’s membership. The applicant is also requesting site-specific provisions in order to allow for reductions to minimum parking requirements for vehicles and bicycles.
