The Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision applications propose to develop a residential subdivision consisting of eight hundred and thirty (830) residential dwelling units, which are comprised of six-hundred and fifteen (615) single-detached dwellings, one-hundred and sixty-nine (169) front accessed townhouse dwellings and forty-six (46) rear lane townhouse dwellings. The proposal also includes two stormwater management blocks, two open space blocks, one park block and a new internal road network intended to accommodate vehicular access to and from the subdivision.
