The Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications propose to develop two mixed-use buildings on the consolidated property. The two buildings that are proposed are a six-storey Building A and a seven-storey Building B. Building A is proposed as a rental building containing 50 residential units and 341 square metres of ground-floor commercial space. Building B is proposed as a condominium building containing 89 residential units and 224 square metres of commercial space at grade. A total of 195 parking spaces are proposed, including 73 spaces for Building A and 115 spaces for Building B, accessed from Leslie Street. Of these, 19 parking spaces are proposed on abutting Town-owned lands to the east, for which a request to purchase the lands has been submitted.
