The Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan applications propose to repurpose the existing residential dwelling to establish a Day Care Centre on the subject property. No external alterations are proposed to the existing heritage structure. The existing detached garage is proposed to be removed to accommodate driveway access to the new rear parking area.
