York Region continues to aggressively distribute vaccines to residents as quickly as possible by advancing vaccine eligibility as identified in Phase 2 of the Provincial Vaccination plan.

Over the next three weeks and based on vaccine supply, York Region will expand eligibility and open new vaccination appointments with the intent that all York Region residents who wish to receive a vaccine will be eligible to book an appointment by the week of May 24, 2021.

These timelines are subject to change depending on vaccine availability. If additional vaccine supply becomes available, every effort will be made to further advance vaccinations and open eligibility sooner.

Residents are reminded not to book an appointment or attend a clinic before they meet the current eligibility. Only those eligible on the day of their appointment will be accepted.
