Share your spring/summer photos with us!

Fall Guide Photo

Now accepting photos for the 2021 spring/summer Guide!

Photos must be submitted to (limit of 1 photo per email and 3 photos per individual) or via Facebook message.  

All photos will be reviewed for eligibility and one photo will be selected. Other photos may be considered for inclusion within the current or future guides.

By submitting a photo you hereby agree to the following rules and regulations:


By submitting a photo, the individual agrees to comply with these Official Rules and Regulations and agrees with the following Privacy Statement and with the decisions of the Town, which are irrevocable and shall be legally binding in all instances.

By submitting a photo and your information, you agree that you have read and understand the Official Contest Rules and Regulations and that the information you provide will be governed by our Privacy Statement.

Privacy Statement

By participating you agree to release your photos in the manner prescribed herein, releasing the Town, its employees, Elected Officials, agents, successors, assignees, and respective advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability.

By participating, all participants also agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes relating exclusively to this Guide without additional compensation.

By participating, you grant to the Town a worldwide, non-exclusive, unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, translate, sub-license and display the submitted Entry information, images (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, without prior approval and you further waive any copyright that they may have in the submitted entry information.

The terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules and Regulations, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated solely in the applicable court in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.


The Town reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel or suspend this Contest should fraud, virus, software bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Town corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. With respect to computer entries, the Town is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

Photo/Video Release Waiver

I hereby grant The Town the irrevocable right to use my name/photograph and likeness for the express use of promoting the Health and Active Living Guide, the Town and Town events/attractions, in all forms and manner including, but not limited to, online internet websites, social media, and any other publications, as released to or by the Town. I understand that the Town cannot control unauthorized use of my image by persons not associated with the Town once my image has been published. I hereby forever waive any right to inspect or approve any publication of my image by the Town.

I have carefully reviewed and understand the above provisions and agree to be bound by them. I voluntarily give my consent and agree to this Release and Waiver.

I understand that the above-identified personal information is being collected and published for purposes related to promoting the Town’s public image. The Town of East Gwillimbury adheres to all applicable provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
