Lottery Licence Reporting
A Catch the Ace Raffle Lottery Licence Report and supporting documentation must be completed and filed with the Municipal Clerk within 7 calendar days after every 4th draw of the lottery in accordance with the terms and conditions under which the lottery licence was issued.
All other Lottery Licence Reports and supporting documentation must be completed and filed with the Municipal Clerk within 30 days of the holding of the lottery in accordance with the terms and conditions under which the lottery licence was issued.
Submit to the Municipal Clerk:
The applicable Lottery Licence Report completed and signed:
- Catch the Ace Raffle Lottery Licence Report within 7 calendar days after every 4th draw of the lottery
- Raffle Lottery Licence Report
- Bingo Lottery Licence Report
- Media Bingo Lottery Licence Report
- Break Open Ticket Lottery Licence Report
- Bazaar Lottery Licence Report
Supporting documentation:
- Financial Statements of the event
- Copies of deposit slips and cheques issued
- Advertising of the winners
- Any additional documentation in accordance with the terms and conditions under which the lottery licence was issued
