Site Information

  • The property is located at the Northwest Corner of Leslie Street and Manor Hampton Street.
  • The property has frontage along both Leslie Street and Manor Hampton Street. 
  • The property is approximately 1.4 acres in size. 

Proposal 

The Applicant is proposing an eight (8) storey high-rise mixed-use building containing 258 units with 624m2 of retail commercial uses at the ground level. The residential component of the development consists of 120 one-bedroom, 81 two-bedroom, and 30 three-bedroom units. The retail commercial uses at the ground level would face the property’s frontages along Leslie St and Manor Hampton St.

In total, approximately 1,724.5m2 of amenity space is proposed for this development though the implementation of private balconies as well as indoor and outdoor amenity space.

Proposed access is off Manor Hampton Street only, with no access off Leslie Street.
