MT. ALBERT LIONS PARK SOCCER FIELD CONSTRUCTION
LOOKOUT PARK and ROYAL AMBER PARK IMPROVEMENTS

NO TENDERS WILL BE FAXED, E-MAILED OR COURIERED

SEALED TENDERS, clearly marked Tender for Contract No. PRD2006-01 will be received by the Office of the Municipal Clerk at the Town of East Gwillimbury Municipal Offices, 19000 Leslie Street, Sharon, Ontario, until 1:00 p.m. local time, on:

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22, 2006

For the construction of a senior soccer field at Mount Albert Lions Park and improvements including planting, park furniture, limited asphalt paving and concrete pads, at two (2) existing park locations in the community of Mount Albert.

Tender documents and specifications may be obtained from the Parks and Recreation Department, upon payment of a $50.00/set non-refundable fee including GST, to the Finance Department, and will be available on or after:

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 2006

Each tender for Contract PRD2006-01 must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the form of a certified cheque in the amount of $15,000.00 along with a signed Agreement to Bond (100% Performance Bond, 100% Material and Labour Bond).

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders will be opened at 1:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers on Wednesday, March 22, 2006.
