NO TENDERS WILL BE FAXED, E-MAILED OR COURIERED

SEALED TENDERS, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by the Clerk's Department of the Town of East Gwillimbury, at the Municipal Offices, 19000 Leslie Street, Sharon, Ontario, until 12:00 noon local time, on:

TUESDAY, JANUARY 31, 2006

Tender documents and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Town Engineer after payment of a $25.00 non-refundable fee (to the Finance Department) for each set, and will be available on or after:

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 11, 2006

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders will be opened on Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
