NO TENDERS WILL BE FAXED, E-MAILED OR COURIERED

SEALED TENDERS, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by the Clerk's Department of the Town of East Gwillimbury at the Municipal Offices, 19000 Leslie Street, Sharon, Ontario, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on:

THURSDAY, APRIL 20, 2006

Tender documents and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Town Engineer after payment of a $25.00 non-refundable fee to the Finance Department for each set, and will be available on or after:

TUESDAY, APRIL 4, 2006

Each tender submitted for the above-noted contracts must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tender value.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tenders will be opened at 2:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Offices on Thursday, April 20, 2006.
