NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD BY
THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
EAST GWILLIMBURY TO CONSIDER
A BY-LAW IMPOSING A CHARGE
TO RECOVER THE CAPITAL COSTS
OF THE BALES DRIVE WATER SYSTEM

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of East Gwillimbury is holding a Public Meeting to consider passage of a By-law under Section 391 of the Municipal Act to impose a charge to recover the $581,975.78 capital cost of the Bales Drive Water System. There is no By-law in effect at this time. The proposed By-law will apply to the properties that benefit from the Bales Drive Water System, as shown on the attached map.

The meeting will be held at the Civic Centre, 19000 Leslie Street, on Monday October 16th 2006, at 6:45 p.m. Background materials and a copy of the Draft By-law are now available for inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk.
